Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once we approve your request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
